Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin is seeking a working student to support its Recruitment Team. This role involves assisting with all stages of the talent acquisition process, primarily for engineering positions. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, maintaining applicant files, assisting with recruiting events (Assessment Days), creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes, and collaborating on special projects. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and possess prior recruiting experience, excellent communication skills (German and English fluency), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work 20 hours per week.

What to Expect

Tesla is looking for a working student to join our expanding Recruitment Team located in Grünheide, close to Berlin. In this role, you will support us with recruiting activities for mainly engineering positions. What You’ll Do
  • Support our Recruiting Team throughout the entire talent acquisition process 
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Recruiting Team
  • Maintain applicant files in compliance with applicable requirements
  • Support on Recruiting Events like Assessment Days 
  • Assist with the applicant recruiting process to include creating job descriptions, scheduling phone screens, and reviewing resumes through the applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Team on special projects

 

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress
  • First recruiting experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Structured way of work and good administrative skills
  • Ability to work 20 hours/week.
