Opportunity Overview <ul><li> Write and co-write curriculum in collaboration with large technical Indian educational institutions </li><li> Be the educational specialist for the UR India team </li><li> Train customers and future training partners </li><li> Certify new partners and training in the region, and ensure high performing training partners </li><li> Support training partners to consistently train more customers </li><li> Run technical training classes when needed </li><li> Ensure consistency and high-quality training across region </li><li> Drive review of certified trainer performance and implement improvements to program content and/or certified trainer presentation methods </li><li> Expand and enable training portfolio to Academy partners – grow number of trained participants </li><li> E nsure UR educational curriculum is strong and useful for large Indian tech. educational institutions </li><li> Facilitate/Deliver certification trainings </li><li> Implement improvements across regions </li><li> Deliver training to end users </li><li> Provide support to Certified Trainers </li><li> Roll out global program to partners in region and support other regions in rolling it out </li></ul>

If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. <ul><li> Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related subject </li><li> Industrial designer w. technical background </li><li> Technical educator </li><li> Minimum three years’ experience in robotics or automation industry </li><li> Minimum 3 years’ experience working in education or creating technical curriculum </li><li> Minimum of three years of experience developing and conducting seminars/trainings and excellent interpersonal skills </li><li> Documented experience creating technical curriculum at vocational school level or higher </li><li> Documented practical experience within automation and/or robot programming. </li><li> Experience with technical training and customer visits </li><li> Business and edu savvy </li><li> Knowledge of implementation and facilitation of technical, and/or specialty training </li><li> Understands how people learn most effectively </li><li> Fluent in English </li><li> Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge. Must have a good understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within them </li></ul>
