This remote, full-time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist role at Nielsen in Mexico involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, data collection, basic troubleshooting, and providing action reminders. Day 1 orientation in Mexico City is required.

Job Requirements

    • Advanced level in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

    • Ability to attend in-person Day 1 orientation in Mexico City, (Santa Fe, Torre Acuario)
    • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
    • Comfort with technology and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
    • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment (preferred)
    • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
