Retail In-Store Content Manager

Position Summary

Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line

• Manage the delivery of new solutions associated with the SCiQ digital menu board from pilot to generally available solution.

• Lead solution updates with internal and external customers to ensure the solution is accepted and scalable.

• Develop a strong understanding of use cases for customers and lottery players for in-store retail digital content.

• Provide support to external and internal customers as a subject matter expert for in-store retail digital content.

• Effectively collaborate with sales, product management, insights and analytics, engineering, and other teams to develop high impact materials.

• Able to communicate, demonstrate, and gather information in a corporate office and retail locations when the solution is being launched.

• Create best practices and documentation to promote awareness and value for existing and new customers.

• Requires a keen understanding of content management systems.

• The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field

Qualifications

• Lottery industry, retail convenience industry,  POS technology, marketing, or related experience.

• Experience with product management.

• Technical background and experience with understanding of development and content creation.

• Must be able to apply and grow necessary skills to meet objectives in a fast-growing enterprise environment.

• Ability and willingness to travel as needed,
  approximately up to 25% travel.

Preferred qualification

• Front-end development skills preferred.

• Design skills preferred.

• Technical background and experience with enterprise software and Content Management Solutions preferred.

• Previous experience with the lottery industry preferred.
