Job Description

Title: Retirement Plan - Client Relations Specialist – Fund Event Team

Location: Hybrid - Kansas City, MO or Braintree, MA

Get To Know The Team: Retirement Plan Sr. Client Relations—Fund Event is responsible for supporting numerous valued clients who manage investment vehicles on TRAC. The team oversees merger effects, stock splits, and fund name changes. Due to the high volume and financial risk involved, it requires dedicated time to successfully manage monthly Events. The team collaborates effectively with internal teams and leverages systems to achieve this. Must have Retirement Plan Service knowledge and experience.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Oversee fund events including monitoring calendar, requesting and reviewing impact scans, working with internal departments to execute events
  • Communicate with our business partners on an ongoing weekly basis to review all fund event activity
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionality and products
  • Prioritize client requests based on impact and severity of the issue
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve client-reported issues

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience or Master’s degree or 4 years equivalent work-related experience  
  • Knowledge of retirement plan industry is preferred
  • Customer Service experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Curiosity and the desire to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient time management with strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO knowledge a plus
  • Able to work in the local office 6 days per month.
