Job Description

The SA360 Specialist at Google's gTech Ads Solutions will act as a trusted advisor to priority Search Ads 360 (SA360) customers. Responsibilities include understanding how digital marketing and technology solutions address business needs, collaborating with vendors and business teams to develop client growth plans, advocating for new product features, assisting customers with product adoption, measuring the value of Ad solutions, and improving team productivity through process optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with marketing measurement techniques (incrementality testing, media mix modeling, attribution modeling), and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the online advertising landscape and Search Products, and be adept at working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years digital media/marketing experience
  • 1+ year in client relationship development
  • Experience with SA360
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
Good to have:
  • Experience in marketing measurement techniques
  • Data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Search Products
  • Excellent project management skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing measurement like familiarity with marketing measurement techniques, including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and attribution modeling.
  • Experience in data analysis like interpreting datasets, identifying trends, and translating findings into narratives.
  • Knowledge of Search Products, the performance advertising market or online ads landscape.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.

Responsibilities

  • Become a trusted advisor to priority Search Ads 360 (SA360) customers by understanding how digital marketing and technology solutions can address their business tests.
  • Collaborate with vendors and business teams to motivate growth plans for clients. Develop and apply knowledge of market and engaged environment for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.
  • Advocate new product features on behalf of the customer and assist customers in the adoption of new products via setup, implementation, upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success using the SA360 enterprise platform.
  • Measure, analyze and advocate for the value of Ad solutions in differentiation to participants offerings.
  • Review current processes and design or develop tools, processes, workflows to increase team productivity.
