Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator at ZURU, you'll support sales goals by enhancing retailer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and streamlining processes. Responsibilities include developing sales presentations, participating in planning sessions, documenting brand presence, using ZURU tools for reporting, creating spreadsheets and reports, supporting retailer management, and providing administrative support. You will also handle quotations, order processing, sample management, order follow-up, and identify process improvements. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring smooth operations across multiple touchpoints.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting ZURU’s sales goals by enhancing retailer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and streamlining processes to deliver excellence. You’ll ensure smooth operations across multiple touchpoints, from managing retailer requests to optimising showroom experiences during key events.

Your Role

    • Develop and refine sales PowerPoint presentations for Toy Fair Line Reviews.
    • Participate in planning sessions with sales management and Commercial Leads.
    • Document brand presence and share-of-shelf at retailer stores.
    • Use ZURU tools (planograms, Show Cloud, PI Summary) for reporting and presentations.
    • Create and manage spreadsheets and reports using Excel.
    • Support retailer management and strategic business planning with sales teams.

Core Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the sales team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Handle quotations, order processing, and sample management.
    • Follow up on customer orders to ensure proper execution.
    • Monitor and report issues or concerns on work orders.
    • Identify process improvements to boost productivity and effectiveness.
