The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for building, scaling, and leading the Sales Development team, driving pipeline generation, developing SDR talent, and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to fuel Level AI’s growth. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and coaching a high-performing team of SDRs, setting KPIs, designing and optimizing lead generation strategies, partnering with Marketing, delivering coaching, tracking team performance, building career development plans, owning and improving SDR processes, and championing a culture of accountability and high performance.
