Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and test RF drivers for InnoPhase IoT’s SoC products.
• Work with RF and Systems teams to understand requirements and write clear documents that describes software procedures, high level design and detailed design.
• Understad existing implementation from source code, modify and support bug fixing.
• Hands on testing using lab equipment such as testers, power supplies, temp chambers etc.

Skills & Experience:

• Expert level in C programming is a must along with debugging using industry standard embedded tools such as J-Link, OpenOCD etc.
• Working knowledge in Python is a must
• Working knowledge in Git/Gitlab/JIRA.
• Prior experience in developing device drivers for RF circuits in an SoC and familiarity in Wi-Fi and BT/BLE standards.
• Understanding of radio impairments and software-based compensation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to break down complex problems and evaluate tradeoffs between proposed solutions

Education & Experience:

• BSEE with 15+ years
• MSEE with 10+ years
