Job Description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide support to the HPM business by analyzing sales data to generate insights and assisting in the sales process through operational support and coordination with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include supporting the CS Business in commercial tasks, following up on direct channel orders, providing technical assistance for optimization tools, managing product documentation requests, assisting with service contract management, supporting the introduction of new products, and logistical organization of events. You will be responsible for validation/troubleshooting of quotations and order processing. You will support in the process of introducing new products (NPIs) in the area.  Lead that the whole process is done on time and according to Philips protocols.
Must have:
  • Recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Analytical mindset for creating reports
Good to have:
  • Experience with SAP and SFDC (Salesforce)

Job Description

As a Sales Support Specialist you will support the HPM business by conducting sales data analysis to generate actionable insights and by assisting in the sales process through operational support and coordination with cross-functional teams


Your role:

  • Support to CS Business in commercial tasks (e.g. validation/troubleshooting of quotations and order processing).
  • Follow-up of direct channel orders: identification and support to the resolution of incidents/blocking points in internal processes.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for optimization and resource management tools. Regularly monitor the performance and usage of tools to ensure they are functioning effectively.
  • Support in the management of product documentation requests by the sales force and indirect channel.  Commercial management of the MSS business (direct and indirect).
  • Assist MSS team in preparing and maintaining accurate documentation for active service contracts.
  • Regularly track the status and compliance of active service contracts to ensure all terms are being met and generate detailed reports on the status and performance of service contracts.
  • Support to HPM modalities in the process of introducing new products (NPIs) in the area.  Lead that the whole process is done on time and according to Philips protocols
  • Support in the logistical organization and budget management of events, both external (e.g. congresses) and internal (e.g. workshops).



You're the right fit if:

  • You are a recent graduate in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Power BI. Experience with SAP and SFDC (Salesforce) is considered a plus.
  • You are fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • You have an analytical mindset for creating reports and a strong interest in continuous improvement.
