Technical Account Managers are the primary contact for Varonis customers and the first line of defense for data. They provide onboarding, proactive value, and support. The role involves ensuring data protection, customer success through health checks, product training, and best practices, preparing reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, learning new products, helping with renewals, serving as a technical contact, advocating for customers, and engaging with various organizational levels. The role also includes identifying, researching, maintaining control, and remediating customers’ technical issues, creating knowledge base content.
