Job Description

As a Partner Account Manager, you will work with a dedicated portfolio of partners based in Poland and the Baltics, driving their performance and guiding them on their path to becoming a Solutions Provider. You will be a liaison between Autodesk and your assigned channel partners, aligning our common strategy and driving revenue growth. You will be reporting to the Sr. Manager Gold & Silver Channel Sales EMEA-M. Responsibilities include guiding partners, building relationships, driving business planning, supporting collaboration, capturing and reporting on partner pipeline, and ensuring operational support.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience in partner management in IT Software market
  • Understanding of SaaS business model market
  • Experience building and maintaining partner relationships
  • Polish language is preferred, business fluency in English
  • Experience negotiating at executive level
Good to have:
  • Any other European language would be a plus
  • Previous experience managing partners

Position Overview

You will be a liaison between Autodesk and your assigned channel partners, aligning our common strategy and driving revenue growth. Our EMEA channel management team plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the partners, you will be reporting to the Sr. Manager Gold & Silver Channel Sales EMEA-M.

We support hybrid working schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Be the guide of your assigned partners on their path to Solution Provider while delivering revenue growth targets, ensure common vision between Autodesk and Partner
  • Build impactful relationship, act as the main contact for partner principals, management and respective teams
  • Drive strategical and annual business planning, identifying areas of investment and supporting its execution
  • Drive quarterly growth initiatives
  • Support collaboration between partners and Autodesk teams
  • Capture and report on Partner pipeline and forecast
  • Recap quarterly sales results with partners and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quarters
  • Participate in specific projects relating to growth of indirect business
  • Ensure operational support

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in partner management in IT Software market
  • Understanding of SaaS business model market
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with partners and C-level
  • Polish is preferred language, Business fluency in English
  • Experience negotiating at executive level
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any other European Language would be a plus
  • Ideally a previous experience managing partners
