Description

As a Salesforce  Administrator you are responsible for owning and maintaining our Salesforce implementation. In this role, you will be an integral member of the Salesforce team, building and performing Service Cloud configurations and Salesforce Administration duties as required. The right candidate will have a demonstrated background in Salesforce Administration with experience in Service Cloud and a record of success in improving processes using the Salesforce.com Lightning platform.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex validation rules, formulas, flows, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects, and other Salesforce Service Cloud customizations
  • Improve user experience, solve technical issues, invent creative solutions, ensure data cleanliness and data accuracy across the Salesforce Service Cloud instance
  • Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements
  • Support day-to-day use of Salesforce by hundreds of internal users
  • Work with teams across the company to identify, document, and communicate business processes as they relate to Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Perform actions to monitor/ enhance the data quality
  • Monitor and help with the users/ roles/ permissions administration
  • Monitor the processes performing data sync between Salesforce and other
  • applications
  • Understand and monitor the availability of the platform
  • Support Incoming tickets from various groups in a timely manner

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience building Sale, Service and Community cloud solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales processes.
  • Experience using declarative programming tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
  • Self-directed learner and problem solver.
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering.
  • Understanding of Object Oriented Design
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud and experience cloud(Communities)
  • Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, communities, Single Sign On.
  • Experience with Copado
  • Experience working in iterative projects and with deployment strategies/processes (staging environment vs. production).
  • Understanding of Agile-based development practices and Sprint planning strategies.
  • Experience working with global teams.

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • 5+ years Salesforce administration, release management, and deployment expertise.
  • Functional knowledge of 3rd party applications that integrate with CPQ such as DocuSign and S-Docs.
