We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in financial management. 

Main Responsibilities:                                           

· Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements

· Prepare and analyze financial reports

· Publish financial statements on time

· Assist with audits and tax filings

· Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

· Monitor financial transactions and reports for accuracy

· Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

· Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

· Prepare monthly divisional financial statements

· Investigate any discrepancies and provide input on potential solutions

· Review, investigate and analyze financial entries, reports, and information.

· Build, maintain, and distribute monthly reports.

· Prepare gross profit report and distribute semi-monthly.

· Maintain documentation of Accounting processes.

· Other duties as requested.

· Prepare corporate and sales tax reports,

· Control and file sales tax reports, T4, T4A, WSIB, ROE, PD7A remittances as required.

· Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the gaming or tech industry, with five or more years of experience

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, especially Excel

· Experience with Canada and USA accounting

· Focus on achieving results, adapting to non-traditional working hours, and committing full-time.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy
