At NVIDIA, we are now seeking a Senior Treasury Operations Manager to join our Treasury team, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA.
What you’ll be doing:
The Senior Treasury Operations Manager will assist the team to optimize our global banking activities, develop solutions to improve working capital and oversee the related operational risks and infrastructure. As a part of our finance team, you will be responsible for all aspects of cash management including bank account rationalization, bank account structure, fee minimization, intercompany funding and payments. In this role, you will help establish and enforce policies and controls as well as improve the utilization of our treasury workstation and other infrastructure tools.
Additionally, you will be the primary lead on close oversight of our cash flow and balances to minimize uninvested balances and ensure same day liquidity to support the business. You will partner with other treasury team members, imparting knowledge of operational details and market practices surrounding banking activities. Your role will involve in building necessary dashboards for constant monitoring and reporting.
What we need to see:
12+ years of experience in Treasury Operations at a multinational corporation or global bank
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics or equivalent experience
Comprehensive knowledge of market technologies, infrastructure tools and banking regulations
Prior experience collaborating with finance functions to develop short term cash forecasts and dashboards globally and ensure that funds are positioned accordingly
Proven track record of supporting capital markets and accounting team with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
Deep understanding of governance documentation and process related to bank account openings, intercompany settlement, dividends and netting
Prior experience on project managing implementation of Treasury Workstations and hands on user testing experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
CFA or MBA is a plus
Detail oriented as well as an eye towards automation
Solid business judgement with ability to think strategically and plan effectively; be hands on, accurate, with attention to details and results oriented
Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Technical bent of mind and knowledge of Tableau, S4 Hana, Treasury Workstation

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 258,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
