The Crown Is Yours

Step into the role of Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations, where you will fuel the VIP sales force with data-driven insights and seamless processes, raising the stakes of success across the VIP organization. In this role, you will help shape the strategy for our rapidly expanding VIP sales team, enabling them to achieve ambitious goals and make high-impact decisions. You will report into the Manager of VIP Strategy & Operations to develop, craft, and present impactful business strategies.

What you'll do as a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations:

  • Build a strategic roadmap for success across our VIP organization, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision-making across the VIP team. 

  • Utilize data to derive insights and create clear and concise summaries for leaders across DraftKings to understand the operating status of the team’s performance.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities for enhanced productivity.

  • Provide support in managing day-to-day operations, partnering with cross-functional departments and ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategic Operations and Planning, or similar field.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively based on business needs.

  • Proficient in stakeholder and project management, including the ability to align cross-functional departments to accomplish organizational goals.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in market research and deriving insights for business decisions.

  • Proficiency in Excel, with preferred experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and/or Snowflake.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,400.00 USD - 85,500.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
