As a Senior EHRBP at Nielsen, you'll be a key player in shaping the employee experience, particularly in India. Responsibilities include delivering HR processes, projects, and change programs; advising and coaching line managers; driving effective HR delivery; ensuring data accuracy and compliance; fostering positive employee relations; managing local project components; and interfacing with COEs. You'll work closely with Global HRBP teams, contributing to talent conversations, ensuring career development for high-potential employees, and providing insights for a holistic organizational view. A strong emphasis is placed on diversity and inclusion initiatives, policy compliance, and maintaining strong stakeholder partnerships. This role requires significant experience in various HR functions within large multinational companies.
