Business Development:
- Build strong relationships with internal sales team and clients in order to deeply understand their business and challenges
- To identify opportunities for Managed Services and develop compelling proposals to meet sales targets
- Liaise with the VCA and cross functional teams to identify delivery resources required and create recommendations on resource model to deploy
- Develop pricing proposals for projects
- The ability to construct / critique a business case
Managed Services - Client project delivery:
- Implement strategy and insights related to product launch, portfolio initiatives or digital/tech enablement
- Lead and oversee multi-skilled teams to deliver projects that produce high quality outcome for clients
- Lead recruitment of resources for Managed Services projects including working with third party suppliers
- Manage stakeholders in complex environments and at senior levels - across the client and Visa
- Ability to bring subject matter expertise across diverse range of products (e.g., consumer and commercial, credit and debit, card and account-based payments)
- Own the overall delivery of the designated programs in terms of execution and implementation of work
- Ability to playback results and success of program to clients, leading to renewed contracts and program extensions
Managed Services - Internal Program Management:
- Help to develop our Managed Services capabilities which will become a template of growth for our future solutions and expansion
- Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the team
- Identify and solve both client and internal challenges to help us execute efficiently and effectively
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
With minimum of 10 years' experience having already accumulated a variety of experience, you will combine a rich understanding of the banking, card or payments industry with strong consulting and implementation experience. You will be client driven, comfortable selling and managing a project and relish the opportunity to develop new solutions and capabilities that will meet our client's needs.

- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
- Ideally worked in project management, product management with hands-on execution experience
- Expert user of Microsoft office tools
- An understanding of analytics, modelling etc.
