Actian is seeking a seasoned customer advocacy leader to launch and scale a global reference program. This individual will develop the strategy, infrastructure, and execution model for Actian Customers to amplify Actian’s message through customer storytelling, peer references, and online reviews. Key responsibilities include managing a customer advocacy and reference program, building infrastructure for a scalable reference program, managing the pipeline of reference-able customers, partnering with Sales and Product Marketing, maintaining records of accounts, partnering with AR/PR, working with Product Marketing on customer assets, assessing advocacy tech stack, tracking program KPIs, and managing 3rd party review sites.
