As a Senior Manager - Employee Engagement at Zscaler, you will design and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and job satisfaction. We're looking for an experienced Senior manager - Employee Engagement (HR) to join our People and Culture team. Reporting to the VP Global Employee Engagement , you'll be responsible for:

  • Design and implement employee engagement programmes to increase morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction
  • Guide programs that promote our values and create a unified workplace culture
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan across the region that keeps employees informed and engaged
  • Onboarding & Integration: Collaborate with the Talent team to create seamless onboarding experiences and foster early engagement among new hires

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Must have 12+ years of experience in either employee engagement, internal communications, HR, or related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
  • Proficient in analysing data and delivering relevant insights for continuous improvement

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working in diverse, global, or remote team environments
  • Experience with change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Experience managing or enhancing internal communication channels such as intranets or collaboration platforms
