Job Description

Dream Games seeks a part-time Recruitment Specialist to support their team. Responsibilities include supporting the entire recruitment process, using various tools to place top talent, and assisting with onboarding programs. Must have a passion for learning the recruitment process and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for a part-time recruitment specialist to support our teams in various needs and help Dream Games continue to be a great place to work. As a part-time recruitment specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth.

Responsibilities

Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment process
Using various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
Supporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagement
Helping the team in the operation of all HR projects

Requirements

Pursuing your 4th year and graduating by June 2025 from university
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Passion for learning the recruitment process
Eager to learn ATS and other recruitment tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Available for at least three days per week, including two consecutive days
Excellent communication skills
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
