The NOC Operator at Sperasoft proactively monitors online games and related systems for 24/7 service. Responsibilities include analyzing game and system health using various tools, triaging problems, providing critical information to on-call personnel, troubleshooting, bug fixing, creating and maintaining documentation, deploying patches and builds, and reporting on events and issues. Requires technical support skills focusing on game servers and client crashes; knowledge of network technologies and GNU/Linux; shift work availability; and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and game development processes is a plus.
