Job Description

NVIDIA seeks a Senior Product Development Engineer to drive the bring-up of state-of-the-art SOCs. Responsibilities include analyzing product yield limiters, troubleshooting failures on ATE (wafer and package level), characterizing performance and power, leading multi-functional efforts to root-cause problems, and collaborating with design, foundry, quality, test, customer, and supplier teams. The role also involves influencing next-generation products through collaboration with architecture, software, and test teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with ATE platforms (Teradyne and Advantest are a plus) is highly valued.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development engineer to drive bring up of state-of-the-art SOCs through collaboration with design and production teams.

What you will do:

  • Analyze product yield limiters, drive failures on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) at wafer and package level

  • Characterize different aspects of performance and power to take competitive products to market

  • Lead multi-functional efforts with design, foundry, quality, test, customers and suppliers to root-cause problems and implement improvements

  • Influence next-gen products by collaboration with architecture, software and test teams.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting test failures and optimizing test coverage

  • Experience with porting functional workloads to an automated test environment. Understanding of software-hardware dependencies.

  • Exposure to both Teradyne and Advantest platforms is a plus

The base salary range is 132,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
