Barbaricum is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Washington, DC with offices in Tampa, FL, and in Dayton, OH. The company currently executes 45 government contracts (more than half as prime) across three current lines of business – Cyber/Intel, Mission Support, and Integrated Communications. Barbaricum is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA ARCHES) Program. The Senior Product Manager on the NGA AI/ML Program plays a critical role working with the government Exercise and Edge entails support R&D projects to integrate AI and ML into operational and tactical platforms or sensors, aligning with AI/ML's strategies.

Responsibilities

Monitor the funding, development and evaluation of the various technical solutions and micro-services required to integrate AI/ML functions onto DoD platforms.
Manage multiple integrators during installation events and developmental tests in furtherance of possible operational deployment.
Interface with acquisition and operational stakeholders to synergize warfighter needs, augment existing CONOPs, align tech roadmaps, and deconflict platform schedules.
Generate recommendations for advanced AI Development R&D efforts derived from—or required for—immediate AI/ML Edge operations.
Relay government direction in support of exercise or demonstrations of AI/ML Edge capability; coordinate material and personal resourcing; document daily onsite operations and data management.

Qualifications

Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline.
Requires broad knowledge of AI model development processes, ability to communicate with external and internal stakeholders and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
