What you’ll do:
- Fully immerse yourself in the project and get a deep understanding of all the processes and details, learn to navigate it independently and master all project interfaces – both public-facing and administrative
- Set tasks and provide them with a complete and clear description, including designing the logic of interface operation
- Interact with designers
- Work in Jira decomposing technical tasks into smaller tasks, monitoring tasks, following their workflow
- Actively interact with the customer and the development and design teams at all task stages
- Develop and update technical documentation and knowledge bases, implement documentation standards
- Work on a product on the international market
What you need to succeed:
- Ability to be fully immersed and self-directed
- The passion and skills to work carefully with large amounts of documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- A good understanding of approaches for creating and developing modern web applications
- Experience working with external customers (managing expectations, handling escalations under tight deadlines)
Nice to have:
- Basic DBMS experience and the ability to understand database structures
