Job Description Job Purpose The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with candidates, hiring managers and recruiting team in support of ICE hiring needs. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Program Manager, this individual will support the technology and processes for recruiting, provide a high level of customer experience to candidates, hiring managers and company leadership. Responsibilities
Assists with the implementation and management of the applicant tracking system
Provide support to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage requisition assignment and workflows
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
Coordinate onsite written assessments for the candidates.
Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate post-interview debrief scheduling and sharing consolidated feedback before the debrief.
Work with TA Program Manager to select and engage with colleges, universities, training programs and professional associations to build the ICE employer brand and create a diverse pipeline for future talent needs
Assists with campus events, screenings and intern events
Assists with promoting the ICE employer brand and developing supporting materials, including ICE website, career websites, social media and festivals
Provides company information and job opportunities to potential candidates
Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments which assesses candidates' skills
Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience
Special projects as assigned
Knowledge And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent work experience or a professional master degree
8+ years of Recruiting experience
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google applications
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly self-motivated
Ability to multi task, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Professional with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Tolerance of ambiguity and ability to demonstrate flexibility and judgement under pressure
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills in order to accomplish numerous tasks and assignments
Schedule This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
