The Senior HR Partner will align people plans with business goals, lead and refine core HR processes (performance management, career progression, talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development), drive succession planning and leadership development, lead change management initiatives, coach and mentor managers and senior leaders, and strengthen the HR function to support the employer brand. This role requires 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or senior HR role, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth organizations, preferably in the tech field. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, as well as experience in organizational development, team restructuring, and HR process optimization. Fluency in English is required.
