HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative and meticulous recruiter to join our HR team. Your main job will be conducting selection procedures for gaming and technical roles from advertising to prescreens/interviews. In addition to active communication with candidates you will also be able to communicate with our hiring managers. You will also be responsible for managing data in our recruitment application and you will take part in company events. You will touch on employer branding (social media and networking) and you will also cooperate in the onboarding process and help with minor HR administration in general. Ideally, you already have experience with recruiting directly from the gaming environment or at least with filling IT roles. If you understand sourcing, are good with Excel and play video games, there is a good chance that we will get along.

Requirements

• 2 years of recruitment experience
• Excellent communication skills in Czech and English
• Ability to work with data (Excel)
• Independence, responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
• Teamwork, representative behaviour and desire to continue developing

Do našeho HR týmu hledáme nadšeného, komunikativního a pečlivého náboráře/náborářku. Tvoje hlavní náplň práce bude realizace výběrových řízení na herní i technické pozice včetně samotné inzerce a vedení prescreenů/pohovorů. Kromě aktivní komunikace s kandidáty zvládneš i komunikaci s našimi hiring manažery. Také tě čeká správa dat v naší náborové aplikaci a účast na firemních akcích a eventech. Dotkneš se i employer brandingu (sociální sítě, networking). Dále budeš spolupracovat na onboarding procesu a všeobecně vypomáhat s drobnou HR administrativou. Ideálně už máš zkušenost s náborem přímo z herního prostředí anebo alespoň s obsazováním IT pozic. Pokud rozumíš sourcingu, kamarádíš s excelem a hraješ videohry je velká šance, že si budeme rozumět.

Požadavky

• Zkušenost s náborem 2 roky
• Výborné komunikační dovednosti v češtině a angličtině
• Schopnost pracovat s daty (excel)
