Position Overview:
We are seeking an innovative SMB Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives targeting small and medium-sized businesses. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategies that drive awareness, demand, and growth for our comprehensive IT solutions—spanning hardware, software, and cloud services.
Leveraging your B2B marketing expertise and deep understanding of SMB needs, you will create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience. Collaborating closely with sales and product teams, you will ensure alignment and maximize outreach efforts. Your analytical mindset will be essential in measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies for success.

  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and events, aimed at generating leads and driving sales growth in the SMB market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging SMB-specific content, including case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and collateral that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Design and manage lead generation programs targeting SMBs to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads. Implement nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to refine messaging, sales presentations, and enablement tools tailored for the SMB audience.
  • Collaborate with key vendor partners to align marketing initiatives and develop co-marketing campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of IT solutions in the SMB sector.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of SMB marketing programs. Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of SMB marketing plans, collaborating across teams to customize strategies for local sales and channels.
  • Work with marketing operations and partners to implement targeted lead and demand generation campaigns.
  • Define and gain buy-in for the SMB marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across the organization and effective execution.
  • Enhance SMB revenue and market share by developing innovative solutions that engage and motivate partners.
  • Monitor marketing ROI and digital tagging, while managing lead routing.
  • Create and implement strategies for partner targeting and recruitment to boost engagement.
What you will bring to the team:
 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in IT, B2B, or technology sectors, with a focus on the SMB market.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns targeting SMBs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the SMB landscape and the technology needs of small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, including hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
  • Experience in digital marketing, encompassing SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering cross-functional teamwork.
  • Proficiency in CRM (D365) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Wrike).
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies effectively.
  • Travel may be required as needed
