Job Description
DAZN seeks a talented Software Engineer to lead the development of new user engagement features. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, testable code adhering to company standards, improving software deployment for rapid updates, collaborating with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, backend engineers, product managers) to create exceptional user experiences, and sharing expertise with colleagues. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of full-stack development experience with expertise in React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and familiarity with modern web development tools and practices (AWS, Serverless, Microservices, GraphQL, Docker, etc.). The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position in Hyderabad, India.
Must have:

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.
We are looking for a talented, motivated Software Engineer who will be responsible for leading the development of our forthcoming user
engagement features.

As part of this role, you will the opportunity to:
- Deliver high quality, robust and testable code adhering to internal engineering procedures, code conventions and development methodologies.
- Work to continually improve software deployment to ensure iterative releases and rapid deployment of updates to our customers across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product managers, to deliver exceptional user experience.
- Learn and share expertise with colleagues and the wider industry, driving innovation within DAZN.
Requirements:
- 3-4 Years of relevant experience in Fullstack development.
- Experience with React Ecosystem JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js.
- 1-2 years in Developing Node.js related projects.
- Familiarity with modern web development tools and practices, such as latest version of ES, MobX, AWS, Serverless, Microservices,
- GraphQL, Docker, New Relic, Webpack.
- Proficient in other relevant acronyms: HTTP, HTML, CSS, SSR and the rest.
- Solid understanding and love for various test techniques and frameworks: unit, integration, E2E.
- Understand and use build tools, CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work without guidance in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Be able to communicate and collaborate in a clear, open and healthy way.
