Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using C, C++, Javascript, Java and Python.
• Design and implement database solutions using SQL and MySQL.
• Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS.
• Utilize Cloud SQL and BigQuery for data management and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Impact You'll Make:

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Javascript, Java, nodeJS and Python.
• Experience with SQL and MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Knowledge of Cloud SQL and BigQuery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C and C++.
• Knowledge of SIP protocol and Session Border Controllers (SBC).
• Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms like Amazon Connect, Genesys, and NICE inContact
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Proficiency with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA and Visual Studio Code.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Harness, Git, and Confluence.
