Job Description

The Software Engineer will develop, test, and maintain software applications using C, C++, Javascript, Java and Python. They will design and implement database solutions using SQL and MySQL, and manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship new features. The candidate is expected to troubleshoot and resolve software defects, participate in code reviews, and stay updated with the latest industry trends. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in Linux operating systems.
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, Javascript, Java, nodeJS, and Python.
  • Experience with SQL and MySQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Knowledge of Cloud SQL and BigQuery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in C and C++.
  • Knowledge of SIP protocol and Session Border Controllers (SBC).
  • Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms like Amazon Connect, Genesys, and NICE inContact
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Proficiency with IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA and Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Harness, Git, and Confluence.
