Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Recruiter for a fully remote position that focuses on driving talent acquisition efforts for sales roles.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier sales professionals to support business growth. The ideal candidate has a background in sales or SDR roles before transitioning into recruitment, with a deep understanding of tech sales hiring and experience with Greenhouse ATS. Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, including BDRs, AEs, and sales leadership.
- Resume Screening & Candidate Evaluation – Assess candidates’ sales experience, quota achievements, and industry fit.
- Proactive Sourcing – Use LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and ATS tools to engage passive candidates.
- Diversity & Inclusion – Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse pool of candidates.
- Candidate Engagement – Conduct initial screenings, maintain ongoing communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Interview Coordination – Prepare candidates, gather feedback, and streamline hiring decisions.
- Compensation & Offers – Advise hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and extend offers.
- Candidate Experience – Ensure a seamless, professional recruitment journey for all candidates.
- Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure adherence to hiring policies and industry standards.
- Talent Strategy – Partner with leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales recruitment, with a focus on tech sales hiring.
- A background in sales or SDR roles before transitioning into recruitment.
- Expertise with Greenhouse ATS and sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, quotas, and commission structures.
- Proven success in managing high-volume and specialized sales hiring.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Passion for fostering diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
Additional Details:
- Location: Remote (cannot hire candidates from California; all other states are open).
- Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 base, plus performance-based bonus (around $10K–$20K annually, paid incrementally).
