Job Summary
The Senior Oracle Technical Specialist plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality solutions for product and sustenance projects. This position requires advanced technical expertise and strategic thinking to ensure the successful advancement of projects through industry-leading practices. The specialist will lead the team to adopt innovative technologies and methodologies, significantly impacting the organization s objectives and client satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities
  1. Architect And Develop Comprehensive Oracle Database Solutions For Projects, Ensuring Optimal Performance, Scalability, And Security.
  2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Oracle Technologies, Providing Technical Guidance And Best Practices To Project Teams And Stakeholders.
  3. Oversee The Integration Of Current Technologies In Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Quality Standards And Align With Client Requirements Through Continuous Evaluation And Upgrades.
  4. Facilitate The Development Of A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Providing Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members In Oracle And Sql Technologies.
  5. Gather And Analyze Project Specifications To Deliver Tailored Oracle Solutions That Meet The Specific Needs Of Client Organizations.
  6. Lead Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Value Propositions, As Well As Producing Whitepapers And Conducting Market Trend Analyses.
  7. Recommend And Implement Value Creation Initiatives For Clients While Applying Industry Best Practices In Oracle Database Management And Application Development.Skill Requirements
  1. Expert Proficiency In Oracle Database Architecture, Design, And Development.
  2. Advanced Skills In Sql Query Optimization And Performance Tuning.
  3. Strong Understanding Of Database Security, Backup, And Recovery Strategies.
  4. Familiarity With Pl/Sql And Oracle Application Frameworks.
  5. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills With A Strategic Mindset.Certification
  1. Oracle Certified Professional (Ocp) Is Preferred.
  2. Certification In Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Oci) Is Optional But Valuable.
