Job Description

The Store Supervisor in Torino, Italy, plays a crucial leadership role in ensuring flawless store execution and achieving all targets. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, managing daily store operations, handling customer interactions, analyzing sales performance, and driving operational improvements. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with Sales and Delivery leadership. The Supervisor will champion change management, ensure team alignment with sales objectives, and maintain a best-in-class customer experience. They will also manage customer escalations, maintain facility standards, control store expenses, and contribute to employee engagement and development, including recruitment and training.

What to Expect

As the Store Supervisor, you are a high-performing, energetic member of the leadership team in your market, reporting to the Store/Area Manager in your country, and responsible for flawless execution of your location hitting all targets. You have shown an aptitude and bias towards developing and guiding people to excel in their jobs. You are a front line leader that gets involved in the day-to-day activities of your team, store operations, and dealing with customers. You will be challenged to support your team through training, coaching, motivating and analyzing sales performance. You have a keen eye for operational details and the skills to drive changes and improvements in the team. You can operate independently, but in close cooperation with the Sales and Delivery leadership in your country.

Affronterai la sfida di sostenere il tuo team attraverso la formazione, il coaching, la motivazione e l'analisi delle performance di vendita. Hai un occhio attento ai dettagli operativi e le capacità di guidare i cambiamenti ed i miglioramenti nel team. Sai operare in modo indipendente, sempre rimanendo in stretta collaborazione con la leadership Vendite e Consegne del tuo paese.

What You’ll Do

Business Performance & Health

  • Partner with Store leadership to communicate and execute the vision, business needs, and strategies at your location
  • Display a hands-on approach by consistently coaching, training and developing Advisors at your location
  • Participate in and/or lead all sales, delivery and personnel activities under supervision of the Sales and Delivery Leadership in your market
  • Analyze data and collaborate with Store leadership to track and manage progress
  • Maintain operational overview and translate business needs to actions on the floor
  • Constantly search for improvement. Provide a hands-on perspective to challenge and give input to the Store manager on their strategic and staff-related decisions.
  • Participate in all delivery related activities when and as needed
  • Champion change management in your store and local market
  • Ensure your team is set up to execute on its key sales objectives, including but not limited to the creation of sales opportunities, scheduling test drives, maintaining a healthy/current pipeline with frequent follow-ups, and driving new orders and all other pre-delivery activities to enable smooth deliveries and high CSAT scores
  • Demonstrate ability to seamlessly cover daily store management duties as needed

Customer Experience & Brand Management

  • Responsible for ensuring all employees provide a best in class customer experience for every customer
  • Ensure all employees align with Tesla's Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines
  • Partner with store leadership and operations team on any key events or demand generation activities as needed
  • Manage customer escalations quickly and effectively
  • Empower and guide employees through challenging customer concerns, to make decisions in the customers' best interest while also supporting Tesla's mission
  • Demonstrate mastery of presenting, selling and delivering the entire Tesla ecosystem
  • Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to the brand standard
  • Control store expenses continually striving to reduce costs

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Observe, review and continuously provide feedback on employee performance
  • Coach and mentor staff, introduce best practices and enable inclusion and team culture
  • Provide robust feedback and input on the performance of Tesla Advisors in your market to your Store/Area Manager to ensure growth on the team
  • Support, implement and provide follow-up for all training
  • Assist with recruitment activities as needed
  • Ensure all employees adhere to Tesla policies and procedures
  • Escalate all people issues to store leadership in a timely and effective manner

 

 

Performance e salute del business

  • Mostrare un approccio pratico allenando, formando e sviluppando costantemente gli/le Advisor nella propria sede
  • Partecipare a e/o condurre tutte le attività di vendita, di consegna e di gestione del personale sotto la supervisione della leadership Vendite e Consegne del tuo mercato
  • Analizzare i dati e collaborare con la leadership per monitorare e gestire i progressi
  • Mantenere una visione d'insieme operativa e tradurre le esigenze aziendali in azioni sul campo
  • Cercare costantemente il miglioramento. Fornire una prospettiva pratica per sfidare e dare input alla direzione sulle loro decisioni strategiche e relative al personale
  • Partecipare a tutte le attività relative alla consegna quando e come necessario
  • Campione di gestione del cambiamento nel tuo negozio e nel mercato locale
  • Assicurarsi che il team sia impostato per eseguire i suoi obiettivi chiave di vendita, tra cui, ma non solo, la creazione di opportunità di vendita, la programmazione di test drive, il mantenimento di una pipeline sana/aggiornata con frequenti follow-up, e la generazione di nuovi ordini e tutte le altre attività di pre-consegna per consentire consegne impeccabili ed alti punteggi CSAT
  • Dimostrare la capacità di coprire, in maniera semplice,  compiti di gestione quotidiana del negozio, se necessario

Esperienza del cliente e gestione del marchio

  • Responsabile di assicurare che tutti i dipendenti forniscano un'esperienza al cliente di prima classe per ogni cliente
  • Assicurarsi che tutti i dipendenti siano in linea con il codice di abbigliamento Tesla e le linee guida per l'abbigliamento
  • Collaborare con la leadership e il team operativo su qualsiasi evento chiave o attività di generazione della domanda, se necessario
  • Gestire le escalation dei clienti in modo rapido ed efficace
  • Responsabilizzare e guidare i dipendenti nella gestione dei problemi dei clienti, per prendere decisioni nel migliore interesse degli stessi, sostenendo al contempo la missione di Tesla
  • Dimostrare padronanza nel presentare, vendere e fornire l'intero ecosistema Tesla
  • Assicurarsi che la manutenzione della struttura e la presentazione dello showroom rispettino gli standard del marchio
  • Controllare le spese dello Store, cercando continuamente di ridurre i costi

Coinvolgimento e sviluppo dei dipendenti

  • Osservare, rivedere e fornire continuamente feedback sulle prestazioni dei dipendenti
  • Allenare e fare da mentore per il personale, introdurre migliori pratiche e favorire l'inclusione e la cultura di squadra
  • Fornire un robusto feedback e input sulle prestazioni degli/ delle Advisors nel tuo mercato al tuo Store/Area Manager per garantire la crescita del team
  • Sostenere, implementare e fornire un follow-up per tutta la formazione
  • Assistere nelle attività di reclutamento, se necessario
  • Assicurarsi che tutti i dipendenti aderiscano alle politiche e alle procedure Tesla
  • Informare la leadership, in modo tempestivo ed efficace, riguardo a tutti i problemi del personale
