The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits delivery solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers and carriers), developing and executing a benefits communication plan (educational materials, presentations, workshops), continuously evaluating current practices for improvement, collaborating with EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering, and regional People Services teams, acting as a point of contact for benefit-related escalations, providing exceptional stakeholder service, assisting Benefits Ops with program implementation, building reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have international benefits experience in a multinational company or consulting firm, a master's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the EMEA labor environment and regulations.
