Job Description
This Associate, Configuration & QA role involves managing the daily operations of a gaming product, encompassing configuration, quality assurance, live environment handling (including bug and hack resolution), and operational evaluation. The position requires coordinating configuration and QA tasks across multiple offices and collaborating with both local and global stakeholders to solve product-related issues. Responsibilities include maintaining the game's operational stability, ensuring quality through testing and bug fixing, and actively contributing to the product's ongoing success. The role demands strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, along with meticulous attention to detail.
Must have:
- 1+ year QA experience (or related field)
- Passion for gaming & knowledge of shooting games
- Excellent written & verbal communication (English & Chinese)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail

- Operate and maintain the daily operations of the gaming product from configuration, quality assurance, live environment handling (including bugs and hacks), and operational evaluation.

- Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders in solving various product-related matters.
Job Requirements
- Young professionals with minimum 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role or related field (preferably in tech companies). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about games with basic knowledge of the gaming industry, preferably being familiar with recent shooting games.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in English and Chinese language
- Possess strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities in identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions.
- Having a track record of working with meticulous works that require high attention to details would be preferred
