Job Description

As a Strategic Product Operations Analyst at Google's Corp Engineering team, you'll play a key role in executing project strategies, delivering on complex plans, and partnering with leadership to drive impactful initiatives. You will collaborate with the India leads to conduct sophisticated quantitative analyses, define key performance metrics, and communicate insights to senior leadership and the broader organization. You will be involved in shaping the direction of products and services that support the entire Google ecosystem, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of impactful results.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4 years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, or analytics
Experience working with and analyzing data
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience executing strategic and operational initiatives
Knowledge of best practices in business, engineering, and service operations

Good to have:

Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools
Experience working with product and engineering teams

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
Experience working with product and engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience executing strategic and operational initiatives.
Knowledge of best practices in business operations, engineering operations, and of service operations.

Responsibilities

Execute overall project strategy to translate leadership direction into plans, insights, and impact.
Own project delivery, keeping multiple, complex plans/roadmaps moving at the same time and landing on schedule.
Partner with the Corp Eng India Leads to prioritize and execute sophisticated quantitative analyses, support definition and measurement approach design for key performance metrics.
Communicate goals, approach, outcomes to senior leadership and to the broader organization.
