Must have:
  • Enrolled in a Human Resources or related field degree program.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Committed work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good to have:
  • Experience with Employee Management Systems – especially WorkDay.

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

This role is essential in delivering and executing high-quality HR support as part of a global team of HR professionals. It plays a key part in supporting our headquarters in Copenhagen and the broader Nordic region with a wide range of responsibilities, including employment agreements, employee relations, insurance, pension, health & safety, and more. Additionally, it contributes to the ongoing organizational transformation of our function, playing a vital role in the redesign and optimization of our HR processes. This position ensures that our people operations remain efficient, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 

  • Provide administrative support to the people services delivery team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist with the coordination and logistics of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Support the maintenance and organization of employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist in HR meetings, and related events.
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
  • Perform other general office duties as assigned.
  • Partner with Global Mobility team on international moves and foreign hires

WHAT WE VALUE

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Human Resources or related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Committed work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
  • Experience with Employee Management Systems – especially WorkDay – will be beneficial
