Job Description

Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • 1 year of experience in international education counselling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Office software and English command.
  • Ability to multitask and manage stress.
Good to have:
  • Overseas study experience in the UK or Commonwealth countries is preferred.

The role:


We are looking for a knowledgeable and service-oriented Study Abroad Consultant specializing in the UK and Commonwealth countries (Australia, Canada, New Zealand). The ideal candidate will provide personalized consulting services to students and parents, helping them navigate university and major selection, application processes, and career planning based on individual academic profiles. This role involves contract handling, maintaining student records, and close collaboration with the Case Manager team to ensure a seamless application, visa, and pre-departure process. The position also includes minor administrative support to aid team efficiency. Candidates with prior study-abroad experience and a strong understanding of international education systems are encouraged to apply.


Role responsibilities:


  • Provide professional study-abroad consulting services focusing on the UK and Commonwealth countries (e.g., Australia, Canada, New Zealand).
  • Follow up with client resources, answer inquiries, and provide students and parents with tailored study-abroad plans.
  • Sign study-abroad contracts, set up student files, and create application progress reports.
  • Assist students with university and major selection, career planning, and application procedures, aligned with their academic background and career goals.
  • Collaborate with the Case Manager team to ensure smooth application, visa processing, and pre-departure services.
  • Undertake minor administrative tasks to support team operations.

Key skills and experience:


  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university; overseas study experience in the UK or Commonwealth countries is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international education counselling, preferably with a focus on UK or Commonwealth admissions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of teamwork and high service quality.
  • Proficiency in Office software, good command of English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage stress effectively.
