The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join the team on a part-time, fixed-term contract for an estimated 4 to 5 months. The role involves managing a portfolio of roles, partnering with stakeholders, and driving recruitment delivery. Responsibilities include strategic recruitment for Sales and Professional Services positions, leading inclusive recruitment campaigns, developing relationships with external sources, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving process enhancements to optimize recruitment efficiency. The role requires experience in full-cycle recruitment and strong communication skills.

Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a part-time, fixed-term contract for an estimated duration of 4 to 5 months. This role is designed to provide critical recruitment support during a peak hiring cycle across our ANZ operations. The contract offers a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment without the commitment of a long-term role.

The successful candidate will hit the ground running, managing a portfolio of roles, partnering with key stakeholders, and driving end-to-end recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Recruitment: Spearhead end-to-end recruitment for key Sales and Professional Services positions, applying innovative sourcing and selection strategies to attract and engage top talent.

  • Inclusive Campaigns: Lead inclusive, broad-reaching recruitment campaigns that reflect our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.  

  • Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external sources, universities, and communities to cultivate a talent pipeline and enhance our employer brand. 

  • Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, managers, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and productive hiring experience. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and best practices to optimize recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. 

Contract Details

  • Type: Fixed-Term Contract or Contractor Engagement

  • Duration: 4–5 months

  • Hours: Part-time, 25+ hours/week (4–5 days)

  • Location: Remote or hybrid working options available In Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane

Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating success in proactive sourcing and strategic recruiting. 

  • Experience hiring in a corporate capacity. 

  • Ability to maintain confidential company and candidate information.  

  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management, organisational, decision making, and problem solving skills.  

  • Familiarity with ATS Workday platform would be a plus.

  • Desire to learn and advance in a fast paced environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.  

  • Adaptable, self-directed, and solution-oriented
