We are currently looking for a Talent Management Assistant (9-month contract) to join one of Milestone's teams in Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid mode of work).

Responsibilities: 

• Manage and update the Talent Development software 
• Assist with tool maintenance and troubleshooting
• Manage the tool’s inbox and send assessment links to employees
• Prepare for and support with integration with HRIS 
• Ensure system is managed in line with GDPR policy and procedure
• Prepare and maintain manuals and documentation
• Upload materials to the company intranet
• Support other administrative tasks as needed
   

How We Can Match:

• Familiarity with tool management, intranet systems, and databases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Diligence to ensure we are adhering to the GDPR policy and procedure 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
