The Sr. Coordinator, Sales Partnerships will execute a strategic account management plan to maximize revenue from external sales partners for the 2026 World Cup. Responsibilities include developing and executing training/service/retention strategies, collaborating with various teams to align initiatives, creating sales presentations, managing partnership agreements, acting as a key partner contact, ensuring accurate ticket delivery, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales leadership with reports and logistics. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in sports sales/service, and proficiency in Secutix and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Summary: The Sr. Coordinator, Sales Partnerships for the 2026 World Cup will be responsible for executing a strategic account management plan to support operational efficiency and maximize revenue from our external sales partners.  This role requires an individual with experience in sports sales/service, exceptional organization skills, and a proven track record of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Execute comprehensive training/service/retention strategies for our external sales partners.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Partnerships, Team Liaison Managers, marketing and events teams to align service/training initiatives with promotional campaigns.

  • Help create and refine sales presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Assist in the execution of partnership agreements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.

  • Act as a point of contact for key partners, providing exceptional service and ensuring deliverables are met.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our external sales organizations by developing presentations and materials to support Partnership Management meetings throughout the year.

  • Highly knowledgeable of our ticketing platform system, Secutix.

  • Play an integral part in the fulfillment process by ensuring accurate ticket delivery and manage the mobile ticket delivery process when necessary.

  • Deliver prompt customer service by providing resolutions to On Location’s partners, corporate clients and premium package buyers either in person, via phone and / or email

  • Maintain a working knowledge of all products/events/services to provide customer support; assist external sales partners with e-mail/call campaigns.

  • Execute all other duties assigned by the team or leadership.     

Operational & Administrative Support:

  • Work closely with each external sales partner to ensure premium sales align with event logistics and customer experience.

  • Support sales leadership with reports, activity tracking, and sales pacing

  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings, hospitality events, and VIP experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience within the sports or entertainment industry, preferably in a sales or client service role.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication.

  • Exceptional presentation and deck-building capabilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

Hiring Range Minimum:

$60,406 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$65,000 annually
