THE ROLE
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in developing and executing creative solutions that align with our strategic goals. Your core responsibilities will include contributing to the design and development of campaign concepts through all stages of the process, ensuring they authentically represent and strengthen the brand identity of the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program and its initiatives. Reporting to the Art Director you will collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and other graphic designers to craft compelling, meaningful brand experiences. In this role, your work will help shape the visual and artistic direction of the hospitality program, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and influential creative work that connects and ensures that every visual communication touchpoint enhances the guest experience.
In addition to creative team work – which will be focused on design, and executing marketing campaign creative tactics – this role will also work with the Guest Relations team. In terms of time split between the teams: The majority will be spent on creative teamwork in the ramp up to the FIFA World Cup 26™ and then pivot to focus on Guest Relations teamwork heading into and during the tournament.

Develop and execute innovative creative solutions that align with key business goals and objectives.
Maintain a high standard of creative integrity across all communications with both internal and external teams.
Clearly communicate the intent of creative concepts and proposed solutions.
Take projects from iteration to execution with minimal supervision.
Develop a strong and collaborative environment with cross functional partners.
Oversee and prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines.
Prepares creative ideas and fresh approaches to each project.
Thoroughly review creative briefs to assess project requirements.
Constantly study and find innovative ways to connect with our audience.
Demonstrate a strong, strategic understanding of various marketing platforms, including social media, web, out-of-home, event activations and print.
Design guest-facing materials that align with brand guidelines
Work with vendors and production teams to ensure high-quality output
WHO YOU ARE
Entrepreneurial in spirit, continually presenting new ideas and best practices.
3-7 years of design experience at an advertising and branding agency preferred.
Have a passion for sports, in particular soccer and the FIFA World Cup.
Experience working in the sports industry along with an understanding of the hospitality and events space.
Strong portfolio demonstrating core principles in visual design, color, typography, and illustration.
Empathetic and curious, allowing for a deeper understanding of audience needs.
Skilled at managing a high volume of work within tight timelines.
Strong conceptual thinker and designer.
Experience in campaign strategy and concepting.
Team-oriented with excellent partnership skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Proficiency in design software, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a MUST.
Proactive, hands-on approach with a readiness to take on various marketing tasks to support the team and business as needed.
Clear communicator, both verbally and visually.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
GOOD TO HAVE
Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish).
Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
