Tax Systems Analyst, Financial Systems and Transformation

The Tax Systems Analyst will be part of the Finance Business Process Re-engineering (FinBPR) team, responsible for driving transformation initiatives. This role requires collaborating with Finance, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to develop and implement new processes and systems, focusing on process improvement and automation. Key responsibilities include developing transformation roadmaps, making key design decisions with business and technology leaders, identifying areas for improvement, and translating requirements for engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in blueprinting, designing, and implementing finance and tax systems (e.g., Vertex, Ryan), as well as experience with SAP source-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. The role involves working with stakeholders at all levels, monitoring system performance, and partnering with functional leaders to develop multi-year architectural roadmaps.
