Responsibilities:

1. プロジェクト管理:ゲーム開発の豊富な経験を持ち、世界中の開発および製品チームと協力して、各種プロジェクト管理に参加します。 

2.ニーズ収集:プロジェクト関係者と緊密に連携し、ニーズを収集し、プロジェクトの範囲を定義して明確なスケジュールとタスクロードマップを策定します。 

3. コミュニケーション調整:プロジェクト進捗、ステータスレポート、主要な意思決定、リスク評価をタイムリーにフォローします。 

4.問題解決:プロセスの痛点を特定し、改善策を実施します。 

5.パートナーマネジメント:業界のパートナーとの長期的な関係を構築・維持します。 

6.市場調査:市場および業界の調査を行い、ビジネス判断をサポートします。 

7.運営サポート:技術チームや他の利害関係者と密接に協力し、内部運営とワークフロー管理を支援します。 

8.リソース調整:本社と連携し、さまざまな部門(人事、総務、IT、財務、調達、施設など)のニーズを調整・管理し、地域オフィスのコンプライアンスを確保します。

Job Description

1. Project Management: Participate in various project management tasks leveraging extensive experience in game development, collaborating with development and product teams worldwide.

2. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with project stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear schedules and task roadmaps.

3. Communication Coordination: Follow project progress, provide status reports, facilitate key decisions, and assess risks in a timely manner.

4. Problem Solving: Identify process pain points and implement improvement measures.

5. Partner Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry partners.

6. Market Research: Conduct market and industry research to support business decisions.

7. Operational Support: Collaborate closely with technical teams and other stakeholders to assist with internal operations and workflow management.

8. Resource Coordination: Liaise with the head office to coordinate and manage the needs of various departments (HR, administration, IT, finance, procurement, facilities) to ensure regional office compliance.

Requirements:

応募資格

1.5年以上のプロジェクト管理経験があり、ゲームおよび技術業界の経験がある方を優遇。 

2.プロジェクト管理の方法論(Agile/Scrum)、リソース管理実践に精通していること。 

3.多文化のグローバルチームと効果的に協力できる能力。 

4.日本語と英語での優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力を持ち、中国本社とのやりとりをするため、中国語ができる方を優遇。 

5.プレッシャー下でも働き、複雑で多岐にわたる課題に対処できること。

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of project management experience, with preference for those with experience in the gaming and technology industries.

2. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and resource management practices.

3. Ability to effectively collaborate with multicultural global teams.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus for communication with the headquarters.

5. Ability to work under pressure and handle complex and diverse challenges.

賃金

年収額:応相談(昇給/賞与あり)

※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。

※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30  休憩時間 60分

役職により裁量労働制あり

完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)

有給休暇:入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22

年末年始休暇(12/30~1/3
