Your different missions will be: Create and optimize shaders, VFX, materials, and technical tools in Unreal Engine. Ensure the performance and visual compatibility of assets in the game engine. Work closely with 3D artists, animators, programmers, and game designers to integrate assets into the production pipeline. Set up artistic blueprints to automate and facilitate the work of the teams. Develop and maintain custom tools (via Blueprint or Python/C++) to improve workflows. Solve technical problems related to export, optimization, integration, and rendering. Ensure compliance with performance in terms of framerate, draw calls, LODs, lightmaps, etc.
