1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from key universities with computer science/artificial intelligence related majors. Special consideration for those with game-related special awards or achievements.
2. Strong logical ability and independent thinking skills. Able to break down complex problems into different framework levels, express them clearly, and find solutions.
3. Passionate about games, with a deep understanding of strategy modes in strong strategy games such as MOBA, FPS, and casual competitive games, and able to design algorithms to implement strategies.
4. Proficient in Unity engine, with C#, Lua, and Python coding experience preferred.
