This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of AI Agent projects, encompassing their design, development, and continuous iteration. A key aspect involves maintaining and enhancing internal efficiency tools across various projects within the competitive gaming track. Furthermore, the position requires designing, developing, and optimizing artificial intelligence application scenarios specifically for these projects, ensuring cutting-edge AI integration and performance.
Must have:
  • Design, develop, and iterate AI Agent projects.
  • Maintain and iterate internal efficiency tools for projects.
  • Design, develop, and optimize AI application scenarios.
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from key universities with computer/AI majors.
  • Special consideration for those with game-related awards or achievements.
  • Strong logical and independent thinking skills, ability to break down complex problems.
  • Deep understanding of strategy games (MOBA, FPS, casual competitive) and ability to design algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Unity engine, C#, Lua, Python coding experience.

Job Requirements

2. Strong logical ability and independent thinking skills. Able to break down complex problems into different framework levels, express them clearly, and find solutions.

3. Passionate about games, with a deep understanding of strategy modes in strong strategy games such as MOBA, FPS, and casual competitive games, and able to design algorithms to implement strategies.

4. Proficient in Unity engine, with C#, Lua, and Python coding experience preferred.
