Job Summary
This part-time, remote Sales Development Representative role at Spatial focuses on inbound lead management for their 3D virtual world and gaming products. Responsibilities include monitoring inquiries from email and customer support, qualifying leads, scheduling demos, nurturing leads, collaborating with sales and marketing, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in proposal preparation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be tech-savvy, and possess a deep understanding of the metaverse and related technologies. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. The role requires strong customer interaction, lead qualification, and communication.

Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Inbound Lead Management:
- Monitor and review inbound inquiries from email and customer support channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, goals, and potential fit with our Spatial metaverse product.
- Categorize and prioritize leads based on engagement and potential revenue opportunities.
- Customer Outreach:
- Respond promptly to inquiries with tailored communication that highlights product value.
- Schedule product demos or consultations for qualified leads with senior sales representatives.
- Nurture leads by providing relevant product information and resources.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and their status in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing customized proposals or presentations based on client needs.
- Product Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of the Spatial virtual world platform and its use cases.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
- Feedback Loop:
- Provide insights from customer interactions to the product and marketing teams to inform improvements and campaigns.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in SAAS sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn new tools and familiarity with gaming or 3D platforms
- Interest or experience in the metaverse, virtual reality, or related fields is a strong advantage.
