The Sales Executive, Water Technologies, will support and manage multiple industries in Canada. The primary focus is driving new opportunities (applications, industries, customers) with current products while maintaining the existing customer base. A secondary function is to expand the product portfolio through partnerships with Marketing and Innovation leadership to bring differentiated offerings to market. The position will utilize Buckman's smart digital technologies and customer relationship management programs to activate new channels, business models, contracts, and partnerships to grow market share. The role requires identifying pricing, bundling, and positioning opportunities for success. The candidate needs to achieve MPC generation at new customer accounts, meet MPC metrics in KPM tracked quarterly, be a Safety Leader, achieve successful trial/business conversions, gain new accounts/ programs in KPMs, and be involved with sales funnel planning and tracking with RSM or Strategic Account Leader.
