What are you going to do?

  • Assisting in program level (e.g., program increment planning, scrum of scrums) and facilitating agile team level ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily standup, backlog refinement); 

  • Supporting mobilization of an agile program management office operating model, inclusive of governance, roles and responsibilities, ceremonies and cadence, reporting, tooling, and modeling out core interactions of the operating model; 

  • Eliciting requirements and scope using client interviews, shadowing, document review, surveys; 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 

  • Comprehensive understanding of various Agile frameworks including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe. Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Rally; 

  • Ability to instill an Agile mindset at the team level and facilitate the shift from traditional methodologies; 

  • Assist with the rollout of new functionality and the execution of test plans to ensure that product stipulations are satisfied, issues are resolved, and exceptional user experiences are delivered; 

  • Support design and implementation of Agile transition strategies tailored to client-specific challenges, industry nuances, and organizational cultures; 

  • Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks in Agile transitions, ensuring clients are well-prepared for potential challenges; 

  • Ability to support process improvement workshops, meetings, and discussions while demonstrating credibility as a trusted advisor in supporting business goals and objectives; 

  • Familiarity with metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance Agile delivery performance; 

  • Determine operational performance via data analysis to measure success against goals, identify root causes of complex problems, and find future opportunities; 

  • Prepare regular progress reports, status updates and program documentation;    

  • Undestand the importance of have a correct information management

  • Knowledge of information security and data protection

  • Correct information security management
